Pre-Order Once Upon A Time in BURSA Now

And Get The Book In Mid-May!

Once Upon A Time in BURSA, written by a Malaysian, is now available for pre-order at  and I’m glad that I have ordered my copy.  I’m expecting to get it by mid-May.

I can’t wait to read the book as I’ve always wanted to improve my financial literacy.  The pandemic has certainly taught us the importance of saving for a rainy day, managing our money and to expect the unexpected in life.

Other than the catchy title “Once Upon A Time in BURSA”, I’m most interested to learn what exactly in The MONEY Equation.

The book is about Malaysia’s own stock market and investment strategies that one should know about, if you want to be successful in stocks and shares.  This is the writer’s maiden effort and the book is inspired by the writer’s own investment experience.  As the tagline goes, “see the stock market through the lens of real stories,” the book is based on real people and events.

In the Tradeview Facebook page, the author who goes by the pen name Tradeview which is short for Trading with a View,  stated that he is not a “guru” or a financial coach and does not have any interest to be one.  He wrote that he is merely an observer of the world of business, finance and economics.

Though I haven’t had the chance to preview the book yet, I believe it’s going to be a fun light read as there’ll be stories and anecdotes.  Who doesn’t like to read stories, especially if they inspire and motivate like the ones in Chicken Soup for the Soul series?

I’ll only know when the book arrives.

I also hope I can learn a thing or two about share investment and money management strategies.

I’ve been following the Tradeview blog for quite a while now, so I’m happy that blogging eventually led to the birth of a book.  It certainly is an inspiration and motivation to all bloggers.

If you go to, you will see that the book has received the acknowledgement and praises from finance thought leaders like Warren Mak and Wong Jhy Juan.  As of the time of writing this, pre-orders have already reached 500 copies.
